Returns
We do not accept returns on beauty and skincare products once they have been delivered.
This policy is in place to maintain product safety, hygiene, and authenticity for all our customers.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only under the following condition:

If you receive a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
Please note:

All orders go through a strict 2-level quality check before shipping, so such cases are extremely rare.

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (unboxing video/photos).
If approved, we will arrange a replacement for the correct product at no additional cost.
Non-Exchangeable Situations
We do not offer exchanges in the following cases:

Product has been used or opened

Wrong product ordered by the customer

Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if:

The correct product cannot be delivered as a replacement (in rare cases)
If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
Order Cancellations

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled
Shipping Costs
